Change in USCIS Information Counter Hours of Operation

The USCIS Portland Field Office has announced that, beginning on August 1st, its information counter will be closed for walk-ins (except in emergency situations).

If you need service on a case or plan to visit the Portland Field Office, you are asked to schedule a FREE APPOINTMENT using the online InfoPass system. You can schedule your appointment by visiting http://infopass.uscis.gov.

This change in protocol will allow the Portland Field Office to better manage resources and better serve its customers.
